This is to certify that on due enquiry respecting their conduct and the proper adjustment of their outward affairs; no obstruction appears to the issuing of a certificate in their behalf. Westfield Items". . . Last Friday night Zeno Tomlinson died of consumption." [1]
The angel of death is reaping a bountiful harvest in our midst. The funeral of Zeno Tomlinson occurred Sunday [11 Jan 1880] at 12 o'clock, at Chester grave yard; death resulted from bronchitis. He was a son of our fellow citizen Noah Tomlinson. He leaves a wife and three or four little hapless orphans to mourn an irreparable loss. [2]
