Obituary

BANGOR - Marie S. Wilson, 67, died Dec. 26, 1978, at a local hospital following a long illness. She was born in Bangor, April 7, 1911, daughter of Edwin and Florence (Jameson) Wilson. She was a graduate of Bangor High School, Class of 1929, and Nasson College. She worked as a dietitian for several years after her graduation from college. She was a member of the First Universalist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy W. Boynton of Summit House, Bar Harbor, and Mrs. George W. (Charline) Hawkes of Brewer; one brother, Ralph E. Wilson of South Freeport; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 1:30 p.m., at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., with the Rev. Gary E. Smith officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
