Sarah Cable

(December, 1855 - 1912)

Sarah Cable was the youngest child of Jonathan and Charlotte Knapp Cable. Sarah lived in Wisconsin, Pleasant Grove, Iowa, St.Paul, Chicago and Seattle, always with a brother, sister, nephew or one of each. Sarah married Horace Towslee (an uncle of her brother William's ex-wife) they had a daughter, Ethel. Sarah was a widow in 1893 supporting herself and Ethel as a dressmaker. She was in Seattle in 1910 when her brother Chancey died there, he left his possessions to Sarah. At her death in 1912, Sarah lived with her daughter Ethel and family in Skagit, Washington.
