In the 1920 Kinyon, Cass County, North Dakota Census she is living with her parents and four siblings on the Tamar FLATT farm.
In 1921 the Gould family moved to Mayville, Traill County, North Dakota but it is believed that sometime between Gardner, Cass County and Mayville they lived in Shotley, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
In the 1930 Mayville Census, Dwelling 74, she is living with her parents and two siblings.
Eulogy presented by son Randy Ray Wold at Celebration of Life service on January 28, 2012 at Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa, Orange County, California:
"Our Mom, Babe, Ida Jean Wold Scott, passed away peacefully on December 8th, 2011 at Rhonda's house in Huntington Beach surrounded by family.
She was born July 16th, 1919 to George and Emogene Flatt Gould in Gardner, North Dakota.
In 1937 she married Arthur L. Wold in Moorhead, Minnesota. They were parents to seven children. In 1959, the family moved to Anaheim.
She joins in Heaven our Daddy Art, along with her daughter Sandi; sons Marlon and Harold; grandsons Lynnie, little Harold and Mikie.
Left behind are her husband James; daughters Judy with husband Dino, Rhonda with husband Ron; sons Jerry with wife Connie and Randy with wife Janice. She had 27 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren (another on the way), and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Mom loved sewing, baking, bowling, jet skiing, animals, horses, and did commercials when she was in her 80's. She loved playing cards and yatzee especially with her family. She liked playing the slots and would go to the casinos anytime she had the chance; most recently this past November.
Mom married James Scott in 2008 and lived in Huntington Beach until her passing. They had little Chihuahuas and always loved having them on her lap.
Mom loved to get some fast-food, then go to the Beach, sit in the car, eat, and watch the people and the water for hours at a time.
Our Mom will be in our hearts forever. She touched many lives and her physical presence will be truly missed by many."
