Death

Apr 24, 2001 -- Robert “Bob” Ray Furr, 66, of Leesburg, died April 21 at Loudoun Hospital Center. He was born in Upperville, was a member of the Lovettsville Game Protective Association and was a U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Furr is survived by his wife Sarah E. Furr; daughters Sharon Lynn Emerson of Leesburg and Sally Ann Furr of Hamilton; brother George Samuel Furr of Upperville; and grandchildren Michael, Kerri and Kristin Emerson. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home in Purcellville. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Leeds Cemetery in Markham. Memorial contributions may be made to the Taylorstown United Methodist Church.
