Death
Forrest Furr, 56, of 2533 Thirty-seventh street south, died early yesterday morning in a local hospital. He came here five months ago from Washington, D. C. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lena Furr; three daughters, Naomi Waller Furr, Mary M, and Anna L.; three sons, Forrest Daniel, William Norman and Robert Wilbur Furr, and two brothers, Harry and Elwood Furr. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Wilhelm’s.Tampa Bay Times, St. Petersburg, Florida, April 24, 1944
On Sunday, April 23, 1944, at St. Petersburg, Fla., Forrest Furr, beloved husband of Lena F. Furr and son of Rachel Furr and brother of Mrs. Agnes Manuel and Mrs. Dollie Finchan, Clarence, Elwood and Harry Furr. Friends may call at the W. W. Deal funeral home. 4812 Georgia ave. n.w. Funeral at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday, April 27. at 3 p.m.
