News Pub (ind)	15 Mar 1900	the Kiama Independent & Shoalhaven Advertiser published the following obituary: "The friends of the Winley family in this district will be sorry to learn of the death of Mrs. Winley, wife of the late Mr. William Winley, sen., which sad event occurred in Sydney on Tuesday last. The deceased was in her 69th year. She was well known and respected throughout this district. Her remains were brought to Kiama by train yesterday, and interred at the North Kiama Cemetery in the presence of a large gathering of relations and sympathisers. The Rev. J. Burgess, M.A., conducted the burial service"
