Death
Albemarle.—Mrs. Nezzie Furr, 49 wife of W. F. Furr, of Albemarle Route 3, died at Stanley general hospital Sunday morning following an illness of two months. Funeral services will be held from Canton Baptist church Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock with Rev. F. A. Bower officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Furr is survived by her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Mary Broadway, Mrs. Margie Casper, Mrs. Estelle Carpenter and Mills Mildred Furr, a son, Frederick, her mother, Mrs. Noah Burleson, four brothers and four sisters.The News and Observer, Raleigh, North Carolina, May 21, 1934
