Death
Mr. James B. Furr, 72, of Cherry Cove, died April 28, 1997 at V.A. Nursing Home in Jackson. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Nowell-Flippin F.S. Chapel in Ridgeland with burial in Center Baptist Church in Kosciusko. Mr. Furr lived in Jackson most of his life and Louisville for eight years. He worked for 30 years with General Electric, was a WW II Army Veteran and member of First Baptist Church of Louisville. Survivors include three sons, Mike and Larry Furr of Madison and Tim Furr of Clinton; and three grandchildren.Military
