Death
Charles D. Furr, 63, of Richmond, died at UVA Medical Center on January 13, 2002. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Catherine Keefe Furr; his children, Tony, Amy and Lori Ann; his brother, Mack Furr of Charlotte, N.C.; his four sisters, Betty Helms of Surfside Beach, S.C., Ruby Greene, Shirley Helms and Brenda Moore, all of Charlotte, N.C. The family requests that anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution to please consider becoming an organ donor.
