Death

CONCORD, Dec. 9 - After an illness of several months, K. Clegg Furr, 39, died this afternoon at his home here. Funeral service will be held at Mt. Olivet Methodist church at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will follow in the cemetery of Center Grove M. E church, near Georgeville. Mr. Furr was well known in Concord and Cabarrus county. He was a charter member of Concord Civitan club and an active member at Mt. Olivet for many years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lula Widenhouse Furr; one son, his parents, four sisters and one brother.
