Charles Fletcher FURR
(25 Nov 1896 - 3 Dec 1971)
Laurie Furr-Vancini writes: Charles Fletcher Furr also had a previous family (wife and 2 kids). Seems like after he came back from service, he never returned to them. My father was an only child and died when I was a teenager. As far as my mom knows, my father never knew about the previous family. I have found a record of the marriage but none of a divorce. The previous family is not mentioned in his obituary. My grandfather was a very quiet man. Retired from the railroad. But now I know he was a man of mysteries….
