Death
Brookhaven – Mrs. Mamie Eugenia Furr Harveston, 86, died Aug. 19, 1986, at King’s Daughters Hospital in Brookhaven. Services are 4 p.m. today at Hartman-Henderson Funeral Home chapel with burial in Union Hall Cemetery in Lincoln County. Mrs. Haverston is survived by her son, Alton Lewis Haverston of Brookhaven; daughters, Mrs. Betty Ann Ellis, Mrs. Thelma Alice Hughes, Mrs. Katherine McLeod and Mrs. Mary Nell Maxwell, all of Brookhaven, and Mrs. Mattie Evelyn Foster of Hazelhurst; and 33 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, August 20, 1986
