Death
Silver City, NM, Jan 23 - Jackson Furr, aged 64 years, a rancher living near Cliff, was instantly killed when he fell from a bank, sustaining a broken back and broken neck. The distance he fell was about six feet. Mr Furr had been a resident of New Mexico since 1900, coming from North Carolina to Texas, and from there here. He is survived by his widow and three children, Mrs Janie Furr of San Angelo, Texas, Mrs Steve Blain of Barnhart, Texas, Mrs W G Clark and William Furr of Cliff.Albuquerque Journal, Albuquerque, New Mexico, January 24, 1923
