He was born on July 2, 1915, in Talbot, Mich., son of the late Maxime Raboin and Marie (Uebreck) Raboin. Rodney's family moved to Niagara, Wis., where he grew up and graduated from Niagara High School. He was employed by Kimberly Clark Corporation where he worked for 44 years. Their children are Gail DuFrane, Linda (Cleon) Allard, Michael (Pam) Raboin, Cathy (Mark) Staeven, Ken (Mary) Raboin, and Cari (Jerry Runion) Raboin. Rodney married Genevieve Jenkins Nabbefeld on March 30, 1975. After retiring as a Supervisor from the Niagara Paper Mill in 1977, he and Genevieve spent their winters in Englewood, Fla., and their summers at the family place on Lake Emily in Florence County.
