Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, and after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Survivors include two daughters, Becky Saathoff and Glenda Strand, both of Oelwein; and a brother, James Frazer of Oelwein.
