(Shine) Frazer. Frazer, 60, died at Mercy Hospital at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday. He had been ill since July. The Rev. James Frank of Zion Lutheran church will officiate at the 2 p.m. services which will be held at Brant-Kerns Chapel Nov. 20. Friends may call at the funeral home after tonight (Thursday). Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery. Frazer, a bachelor and lifetime resident of Oelwein, had been with the Chicago Northwestern Railway until he became ill. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars post. Survivors include three brothers, James and Dell, both of Oelwein; Robert, Forrest Lake Minn.; two sisters, Mrs. Mardelle Lous and Mrs. Evelyn Michaels, both of Oelwein and nieces and nephews.
