Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stults-Neece Funeral Home, Palmyra. Surviving are his wife, Ella Elaine; two daughters, Miss Linda Mabus of Springfield and Ruth Ann Payne of Riverton; four sisters; Mrs. Edna Nevins of Palmyra, Mrs. Lorraine Biyak of Scottsdale, Ariz., Mrs. Grace Lemons and Mrs. Elsie Parks, both of Melrose Park; two brothers, Glen of Carlinville and Loren of Riverton and one grandchild.
