August is a journeyman carpenter. Glenn works as a machine operator at Western Electric, Louie is a stock keeper at a department store, and Grace is a curtain folder at a curtain factory. August was 16 years old at his first marriage and Flossie was 15. They do not indicate if this is their first or second marriage.
