On his World War I draft registration, signed Sept. 12, 1918, Joseph states that he was born March 27, 1875. He is living at 133 West Dundon St., Casper, Natrona Co., Wyoming. He lists his nearest relative as Mrs. Ruth Servatius. His occupation is self employed general contractor. He states that the first joint of his trigger finger is gone.

R. L. Polk & Co. Directory Casper City and Natrona County, Wyoming 1922 and 1924 lists Joseph Servatius' address as 218 E. 11th and occupation as contractor.
A check of the 1930 Census of Hyde Park, Hillsborough Co., Florida shows Joseph E. Conway, age 55 with wife Edna F. Conway, age 50 and a Lowell W. Conway age 13. Joseph Conway states he was born in Ohio.
Joseph Servatius' death certificate from Florida states his last name with AKA Conway. He lived 35 years in Tampa. He was a retired cabinet maker. His birth date matches other information on him. His father is Mathis Servatius and mother is Anna (Unknown) maiden name. The informants signature is Mrs. Lillie Turner at 3311 Gray St., Tampa. The address is the same for Joseph before he died at Hillsborough County Hospital.
