Obituary from the Omaha World Herald, October 10, 1963: Kirkpatrick---Clarence E. (Clancy) residence Hamilton Hotel, age 74 years. Survived by son Dale, brother Ray, sister, Mrs. Effie Schroyer, Lake Charles, La. Funeral Services Friday 11 a. m. from the N. P. Swanson Chapel. Interment Forest Lawn. Remains will lie in state from Thursday noon until service time. N. P. Swanson, 3205 Harney St., 342-1060.

Burial records at Forest Lawn indicate his wife Edna was buried at the same time. Omaha Public Library was unable to find Edna's obituary. August 10, 2011.
