Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 26 at Houston Funeral Home. Burial was in Wesley Chapel Cemetery with Minister Bob Stantz officiating assisted by Ralph Joiner. Houston Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. The daughter of the late Jonothan Clinton Clark and the late Alice Leona Kirkpatrick, she was born in Chickasaw County. A homemaker, she was the widow of the late Ernest Turman, who passed away in 1966. She was a member of the North Jackson Street Church of Christ. Survivors include on step-daughter, Louise Harris of Las Cruces, NM; one step-son Jack Turman of Crystal SPrings; three sisters, Alice Hamblin and Ethel Bray, both of Houston and Ruby Vance of Houlka; three brothers, Vernon Clark, Lincoln, NE, Clinton Clark of Houlka and Thomas Boyce Clark of Waco, TX; three step-grandchildren;three step-great grandchildren and two-step great great grandchildren.
