Obituary from the Marshfield News Herald, Marshfield, Wisconsin, April 29, 1957: Mrs. William Brandt. Stratford---Funeral rites for Mrs. William Brandt, 69, who died Saturday night at her home in the town of Green Valley, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the home. The Rev. George R. Dunivent, pastor of the Stratford Community Bible Church, will officiate. Friends may call at the Sauter Funeral Home here this evening and at the Brandt home beginning Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be made at Auburndale where Mrs. Brandt formerly resided. She was born Daisy Babcock, May 30, 1887, in Rolling Prairie, S. D., and was married at Auburndale April 19, 1913. She and her husband resided in the Auburndale-Milladore area until moving to Green Valley in 1927. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Serbella Rutkowsi, Wilmington, Calif., and Mrs. Della Hofenbredt, Auburndale, Archie, Philadelphia, Pa., and Kenneth, Green Valley, and eight grandchildren.
