Noyes, 63, of Arcadia. A veteran of World War II, he died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Poplar Bluff on March 28. Surviving are three sisters, Ruth Roberts and Florence Noyes of Manchester, Iowa and Hazel Noyes of California; and a brother Ernest Noyes, of Greeley, Iowa. Burial was in Arcadia Valley Memorial Park.
