On the U. S. Census of 1900 for Manchester City, Delaware Co., Iowa, Frank appears with his wife Ada, children Bertha A., Roy E., Henry A., Clarence, Floyd C., and Helen R. His mother-in-law Alminda Peers and sister-in-law Ida Peers are also in the household. Frank's occupation in repairer of unknown items as it is impossible to read what it is he repairs.
On the 1930 U. S. Census of Manchester City, Delaware Co., Iowa, Frank is with his wife Ada and children Ernest, Clarence, Charles and Ray. Ernest's wife Ethel is also in the household. The men of the family except Ray list painter of buildings as their occupations. Ray's occupation is doing odd jobs.
Obituary of Frank David Noyes, from The Mountain Echo, Ironton, Missouri, Friday, January 18, 1948, Front page. Aged Arcadia Man to Be Buried Sunday. Frank David Noyes, son of David Priest and Helen B. Noyes, was born in Dubuque, Iowa, November 18, 1865 and passed away January 14, 1948 about 3 o'clock at the age of 82 years, 1 month and 27 days. He was married to Ada O. Peers June 22, 1887 by Reverend William Evans. To this union eleven children were born. Bertha, Ray, Harry, Clarence, Floyd, Helen, Hazel, Florence, Ernest, Charles and Ray, all of which are living. He also leaves to mourn his passing 19 grand children and 14 great-grand children. His wife preceded him in death on February 24, 1946. He became a Christian at an early age. Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from White's Chapel with Rev. E. W. Bartley, Jr. in charge. Burial will be in the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park beside his wife. White and Sons have charge of the burial.
