== Biography ==
Marjory was the daughter of [[Stewart-1001|Robert II Stewart]] and [[Mure-3|Elizabeth Mure]].Douglas Richardson. ''Royal Ancestry: A Study in Colonial and Medieval Families,'' 5 vols, ed, Kimball G. Everingham (Salt Lake City: the author 2013), vol. 1, pp. 631-633 BRUS 10.iv. Marjory Stewart.
A papal dispensation for the marriage of [[Dunbar-91|"Johannis de Dovibar"]] and "Mariorie Senescalli", issued by Pope Urban V, is dated 11 Jul 1370.Foundation for Medieval GenealogyBurnett, George. ''Rotuli Scaccarii Regum Scotorum'' (The Exchequer Rolls of Scotland). Edinburgh: H.M. General Register House (1880), vol. 4, appendix to preface, [https://archive.org/details/rotuliscaccariir04grea/page/n165/mode/1up p. clxii]. They were created earl and countess of Moray by an act of parliament 9 March 1371/2 at Scone. The earldom was held by them jointly, to pass to the longest surviving of them and then to their legitimate heirs. There were at least four children from this marriage:

Marjory, countess of Moray, married (2) before 24 April 1403 (date of a papal indult) [[Keith-227|Alexander Keith]] of Grandown. It is possible (but not proven) there was at least one child from this marriage:*[[Keith-1215|Christian Keith]]; m. [[Ogilvy-188|Patrick Ogilvy]], Knt.
The date of Marjory's death is unknown, although she was still living 6 May 1417.
