OBITUARY :
ROSCOE E. (RICK) HARBAUGH, 51, 23 Potomac St., Waynesboro, died at 7:45 Thursday evening at Waynesboro Hospital.
He had been in failing health for the last four years, and had been critically ill since March 17 when he was admitted to the Washington County Hospital. He was a patient at Waynesboro since last week.
Mr. Harbaugh was born November 23, 1914, at Highfield, Md., a son of the late Allen R. and Maude Eigenbrode Harbaugh. He resided most of his life at Founaindale, having moved with his family to Waynesboro 18 years ago. He was employed at Frick Co. for the last 15 years as a guard.
He was a member of the Order of Owls, the Owls Club and ATH and L Fire Co. of Waynesboro.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Smith Robinson Harbaugh; a son, Gilmore Harbaugh, Waynesboro; two step-children, Mrs. Lois Martin, Shippensburg, and Ronald Robinson, Altoona; one grandson; 11 step-grandchildren; his stepmother, Mrs. Verna Slack, Fairfield R. 1; two brothers, Edgar Harbaugh, Fairfield, and Melvin Harbaugh, Waynesboro, and a halfsister, Mrs. Reita Nagle, Fairfield R. 1.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Grove Funeral Home in Waynesboro. The Rev. P. Kauhl, Waynesboro Presbyerian pastor, will officiate. Interment will be made in Harbaugh Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9
p.m. Saturday.
