Her husband of more than 62 years, Arnold Glenwood Staley, died Jan. 6, 2008. They were married Oct. 28, 1945.
She was last employed as a machine operator at the Waynesboro Shoe Factory.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Charlotte Mong, Martha Carbaugh and Susan Mong; and three brothers, Edmond M. Reed Sr., Levi Reed and Kenneth Reed.
