1. I and Dinah Oliver of Lovering, in the Township of Matchedash, Spinster, are desirous of entering into the Contract of Marriage, and of having our marriage duly solmnized a the Town of Midland in the County of Simcoe.
2. According to the best of my knowledge and belief, there is no affinity, consangunity, prior marriage or any other lawful cause or legal impediment to bar or hinder the solmnization of the said Marriage.
3. I, we have both,had since the 1st day of Jan 1914 our usual place of abode within the municipality of Mendonte in the said County or District and the Township of Matchedash.
4. I am of the age of 26 years, and the said Miss Oliver is of the full age of 18 years.
5. I am a Bachelor and the said Miss Oliver is a Spinster.
