"Lemaster Emmett "Ame" Cantrell was born March 29, 1861 in McMinn County, Tennessee. He was born five months to the day after the death of his father. Lemaster Emmett moved with his mother, brother and sister from Tennessee to Webster County, Missouri in the 1860's. He married Susan McKeel. She was born in 1865 and died in 1953. LeMaster Emmett owned and operated a hardware store in Marshfield, Missouri for nearly half of a century. He died January 16, 1929.
