"John David Cantrell moved to Missouri with his mother, sister and brother. He married Roda C. Manry, September 4, 1879. They lived many years on the old Marshfield to Hartville road, now highway 38. John David died June 6, 1928. Roda and John David were buried in the Old Prospect Cemetery, about a mile north of Cantrell Creek."
