According to the 1900 and 1910 Lee County, Virginia census the children shown here were listed in the households but it is not certain whether their mother was Sarah or Elenor "Ellen." The daughter, Belle Greer is shown in the household with John and Ellen in 1910, was divorced, and had a daughter, Mae Jones, who was eleven months old."
