"Sarah Cantrell was born in 1831 in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. She moved to Missouri with her parents. She married John Foster October 26, 1854 in Lawrence County, Missouri. It is not known when John was born as they were living somewhere in Tennessee in 1860. They were living in Georgia in 1863. John died in the 1860's.
