"You likely already have this. I was not aware that I had it. I did not find it in the McCleskey book. Gertrude and R. F. Gurney had one son, Frank. Carrie never married. I think Billy Garmon had children back in Alabama, but he lived in Dublin with Carrie until he died (or at least until she did. I forgot what happened after that). Columbus Garmon came to Texas once that I remember, but his family all stayed back in Alabama. Of course, I knew Carrie and Gertie better than any of the others, for we visited Carrie often in Proctor, and after her move to Dublin. Gertie lived across the street from us, and cleaned our house as long as she was able and "Baby sat" with me a lot when Mama taught art or worked at the store on Saturdays."
