Frances was alive on the 20 Aug 1849 when she lived in Michigan with her family.
Frances' obituary implies that she had four children, Nora (Black), Elda (Clough), W. R. Kromer of Tower, Minnesota and a child who died at age 4.

U.S.Census records show William was born in New York in 1857. Nora was born in October of 1860 in Michigan. She married Irvin Black in 1879 and lived at Alpena, MI. Elda M. was born in Sept. 1862 in Michigan. She married John Clough in 1879.

KROMER, FRANCES A. (IVORY) born Jefferson Co. N. Y. July 24, 1835; died March 1, 1896; m. Russell Kromer, Jefferson Co. N.Y. June 2, 1855. Funeral at M. E. Church. Settled in Cannon then in Grattan then to Cedar Springs, MI. in 1867. Survived by 3 ch.: Mrs. Nora Black of Alpena , MI; Mrs. Eld. Clough of Grand Rapids, MI, W.R. Kromer of Tower, Minn. Another child died at age 4.
