Nancy's will , page 37 of Perry County PA wills. Photocopy of will made from LDS film #22006 in possession of author. States she was of Rye Township, Perry County, PA. She left her entire estate to her daughter, Charity Marshall but in the event Charity died first, it was to be divided equally to her children. Will was dated 26 Jun 1854. It indicated she signed it and no mention of her mark was made.
