Dick Folkerth has sent me scans of tin-types of Ebenezer and Margaret.
Ebenezer and his first wife, Julia Ann are buried at Beavertown Cemetery in Kettering, Ohio. Ebenezer died 5 Jan 1879, age 69y, 10m, 12d. Julia Ann is buried with him, she died 26 Nov 1853, age 46y.

this is his second Marriage. Was baptised into the German Reform Church as an
adult after his marriages.
Ebenezer Folkerth's Will
Be It Remembered that heretofore in the Probate Court within and for the County of Montgomery and State of Ohio to Wit; On the 14th day of February A.D. 1879 There was presented in this Court for Probate and admitted there to the last Will and Testament of Ebenezer Folkerth Deceased the same being clothed in Words and Figures of xxxx to Wit.
In the Name of God Amen.
I Ebenzer Folkerth of the State of Ohio and County of Montgomery being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. Item 1st After all my just debts are paid and discharged I will and bequeath to my beloved Wife Margaret Sevelia The house in which I now live with all the household goods and furniture of every kind together with the Charly horse buggy and harness to have and to hold during her natural life. Item 2d I further will and bequeath to my beloved Wife the farm on which I now live with all my personal property of every kind and description except the John Horse to have and hold all said property until all my just debts are paid and discharged. At the end of which time said personal property or all that is left of it shall revert to my sons namely Jesse Folkerth and F.J. Folkerth. Item 3rd After all my debts are paid and discharged, It is my will that my sons Jesse and F.J. Folkerth till the farm giving my beloved Wife one third of the proceeds during her natural life. Item 4th At the death of my beloved Wife Jesse Folkerth and F.J. Folkerth my (twin?) sons shall become owners of the farm on which I now live share and share alike. Item 5th I will and bequeath to my son F.J. Folkerth the John Horse. Item 6th I will and bequeath to my son Christopher Folkerth the farm now owned by me situated in the County of Darke and State of Ohio containing Eighty acres more or less to have and to hold during his natural life and at his death to his lawful heirs. Item 7th I will and bequeath to my grand daughter S.P. Folkerth Fourteen Hundred Dollars when she reaches the age of Twenty five years provided my wife shall have died prior to the time said S.P. Folkerth's arriving at the age of Twenty five years. Said Fourteen hundred Dollars to be paid by Jesse Folkerth and F.J. Folkerth after they come in possession of said farm provided said S.P. Folkerth shall have arrived at the age of Twenty five years. But in no case before the death of my Wife. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. Geist, also tract of 90 acres sold to Lewis Corles, and tract of 23 acres sold to Christopher Folkerth by Michael Folkerth in his life time and balance (138 acres) comes by descent to petitioner, John Folkerth of Mont. Co. entitled to 1/10th, Mary Folkerth 2/10, Abraham Eversole & Margaret Eversole 4/10th as co-tenants with petitioner, Anna Folkerth widow of Michael Folkerth lately dec'd entitled to dower.
