(4 Oct 1762 - 21 Oct 1850)

He inherited his father's homestead when Jacob Sr. died. He later sold the old homestead to the Geoghegan family and built a large stone house at the forks of Otter Creek. He lived there until late in life when he went to live with his son John. Jacob Jr. died at his son's home in 1850.

He had thirteen children; ten sons, seven of whom were deacons in the Baptist Church.

Other sources have different parents for this Jacob.
