Henry and Bert Prouty returned home Saturday from Metaline, where they have been during the summer developing some valuble copper deposits they have in that promising camp. They speak freely of the bright future in store for Metaline, confirming the many other flattering reports coming from that quarter of rich mineral development.

I. W. Exley will leave on Monday for the Sullivan creek country where he is interested in a number of copper claims, and will spend the summer there. J.B. Prouty arrived from there Thursday and will go back in a few weeks. C. H. Prouty and J. A. Prouty are there now. J.B. Thomas of this city is also interested in claims with the above mentioned gentlemen.
