Yes, apparently the address known at 1509 7 1/2 Street was changed to 1509 Garfield Court. Arthur Moore was a son of Eva and Bill Moore. His mother, Eva, was the daughter of Helen Yaeger, sister of Catherine's. Arthur Moore was a professor at St Cloud College. He lived in the house as a child and continued to live there through his life.

Miss Catherine Yeager
Miss Catherine Yaeger died at 1:20 pm Friday.
The body is at the Daniel Chapel. The funeral will be at 10:30 am Monday at St Joseph's Church in Waite Park with burial in Calvary cemetery.
Miss Yaeger was born in St Cloud on August 2, 1863. For the past 30 years she has made her home with Mr and Mrs Joseph F Seberger.
Surviving are Mrs Seberger, Misses Elizabeth and Helen Yaeger, and a brother, Joseph Yaeger.
