Bradley, Annie Green and husband J.E. Green, Frank Johnson, and J.E. Johnson, relinquish all claims, for $1, to A.J. Johnson on 100 acres of land in the Wyatt Hall Survey and 10 and 3/4 acres of land in the Tobias Kelley Survey.
Note: J.E. Johnson was a minor at this time and on page 579-580 of same record book on 9-19-1887, he confirms his agreement with the quit claim now that he is of age 21 years.

A. J. Johnson made his will on 11-13-1890. It is recorded in the Coryell County Probate Minutes, Book E , 1889-1891 Index; Probate Minutes, Book E, 1891-1894, page 368-372; Probate Record, 1867-1915, pages 85-86; and the original will is in the Probate Packet, Case No. 418, dated 9-1-1892. His will was filed for record on 11-28-1892 after his death on 12-5-1891.His will mentions the following:
Children of his first wife (name not given) - Kate Green, Laura Bradley, Ann Green, Frank Johnson, and John E. Johnson are to receive 119 acres of the Tobias Kelly survey (land was deeded to A. J. Johnson by J. T. Lyon); the north half of the sixty acres in Mary Hawley survey (land was deeded to A. J. Johnson by J. T. Lyon); a timber privilege in the 38 acre tract of the H. W. Jones survey (deeded by Frank N. Simmons to A. J. Johnson.)
This was intended to be these children's full share of their deceased mother and Andrew Jackson Johnson's estate.
Present wife, A. E. Johnson - The remainder of his land- 100 acres in the south part of Wiatt Hall's Preemption survey; 10 3/4 acres in Tobias Kelly survey (deeded to to A. J. Johnson by Wiatt Hall); south half of 60 acres in Mary Hawley survey (deeded to A. J. Johnson from Frank M. Spencer); and 38 acres in Mary Hawley survey (deeded to A. J. Johnson by Frank M. Spencer.)
All of his personal property remaining after his debts were paid.
Children of his present wife A. E. Johnson - Mattie Morris, Mary Nora, and Harry Johnson are to receive nothing, believing his present wife will justly provide for them out of her portion of the community estate that he wills to her.

Vol. 14, page 367-368 Coryell County Deed Records:On 7-29-1892, The heirs of A.J. Johnson, J.E. Johnson, Frank Johnson, Laura Bradley, Annie Green, and Kate Green agreed to ratify the will of A.J. Johnson and partition two tracts of land bequeathed to them as follows:
119 acres of the Tobias Kelley Survey-
J.E. Johnson bought Frank Johnson's share and was awarded a 2/5 interest of 47 and 3/5 acres,
The other heirs received 1/5 interest (23 and 4/5 acres.)
61 acres of the Mary Hawley Survey-
J.E. Johnson bought Frank Johnson's share and was awarded a 2/5 share.
The other heirs received a 1/5 interest.
