Vol. 83, page 111 Coryell County Deed Records:On 3-25-1913, in Oglesby, TX, Harry Johnson sold a 4/5 interest in 24 and 3/4 acres of the Tobias Kelley Survey and a 1/5 share of the north half of a 60 acre tract in the Mary Hawley Survey, previously owned by A.J. Johnson, to W.A. Green for $1812 to be paid by one $500 note due 1-1-1914, one $400 note due 8-1-1915, one $972 note due 1-1-1920 (notes at 8% interest).
This transaction conveys a 4/5 interest in the 24 and 3/4 acres of the Tobias Kelley Survey.

Terms: $150 per year for each productive gas well and free gas for main dwelling (connections at expense and risk of the land owner); $50 per year for gas produced from an oil well; and 1/8 of oil produced from an oil well.

Bradley in her father A.J. Johnson's will; Laura L. Bradley was the wife of J.H. Bradley, her only husband, and that she died intestate at birth of their son Carl L. Bradley in August 1893; the Bradleys' other children were Mary Gertrude Bradley, who married Jessie L. Wofford, Jackson H. Bradley, Thomas J. Bradley, and Leoti Bradley; about 1900 J.H. Bradley married Mattie Spencer and their only child died at birth; and J.H. Bradley died about 20 or 25 years ago.
