Vol. 60, page 551-552 Coryell County Deed Records:
On 8-23-1906, J.E. and wife M.F. Johnson, Frank and wife Earle Johnson of Brown Co., TX, and J.E. and wife Annie Green of Brown Co., TX, for $1, sold 24 and 1/2 acres of the Tobias Kelley Survey and 1/5 interest in the north half of 60 acres of the Mary Hawley Survey to Kate Green. The property was conveyed to the sellers in their father A.J. Johnson's will. Also signing this transaction was J.H. Bradley, husband of A.J. Johnson's deceased daughter Laura.
