Ordered that it be certifyed that satisfactory proff was this day to this Court that William Noland Jr. now deceased, late of this County was One of the Children of William Noland dec'd late of Barkley County and State of Virginia, that he departed this life leaving Thomas Noland, Obediah Noland, Elizabeth Noland, Hannah Noland now intermarried with Thomas Gray, Wesley Noland, Sally Noland who intermarried to William Ross, Nancy Noland who intermarried with Jonathan McClain, Susannah Noland who intermarried with James Tincher said James Tincher now deceased, William Noland, his Children and Legal Representatives and that said William Noland Jr deceased late of this County departed this life on or about the year 1794.
William Noland came into Court and made choice (he being over the age of fourteen) of Joseph Skinner as his Gardian, whereupon the said Skinner entered into and acknowledged bond conditioned as the Law directs in the Penalty of $70 with Thomas Gray and Robert Martin his securities.
