Obed and Nathan Young were Executors of the estate of Obed's father. Obed was to receive the plantation and all the land, but to pay 300#'s to each of the heirs including himself - to be paid three years after the deaths of his father and mother. His remainder of his estate was to be equally divided between sons and daughters: William, Thomas, Philip, Henry, Joshua Obed & Pierce Noland, and Susannah (Noland) White and Mary Noland.

Said to have married the widow Priscilla Bailey in 1798 - not in his will.
