6 Nov 1798. Madison Co Ky Court Orders: Will of Joshua Noland was proved by the oath of Samuel Hopper and William Noland [prob nephew, son of Henry] and ordered recorded. Henry Noland [his brother] and Joseph Skinner, executors named were granted certificate for obtaining probate. Jesse Thomas, Pleasant Profit, Robert Jamerson, & Elias Barker Sr or any three to take inventory and appraise estate.
