ZIONSVILLE - Rush J. Harmon Sr., 86, former Boone County Assessor, died Thursday. Harmon was a ssessor from 1967-71 and Boone County Commissioner from 1940-49. A retired farmer, he was a member of Zionsville Christian Church and was past master of Zionsville Masonic Lodge and past patron of Zionsville Chapter of Eastern Star. ...survivors - wife Estle Smith Harmon; sons Rush J., Jr., Meredith D.
