On March 1736, Governor Gooch granted 370 acres of land on the Northeast Creek, Hanover County, Virginia to Moses Estes. This parcel of land adjoined his brother, Robert, who had about 1,800 acres of land.
Lawsuit in Amelia Co, had on the cover paper:
"May Court '85 Ab. Plt. Dec'd"
