World War I Draft Registration dated 12 Sep 1918. Henry apparently decided to reverse his names - he is listed as Hopkins Henry Haden. His address was Box 311, Freeport, Brazoria Co, Texas. He was age 40, born 12 Feb 1878. He was a State Branch Pilot for Freeport Sulphur Transportation Co., whose home office was 61 Broadway, NY. His wife was Mrs. Annie Laurie Haden. He was described as short, medium built, blue eyes, dark hair.

The informant was Mrs. H. H. Haden. Henry died of metastatic melanoma. Buried Galveston Memorial Park.
