Richard Douglas "Dick" Haden

(25 Jun 1876 - 27 Jun 1944)

Very hard to read birth year. I first read this year as 1871. In the 1880 census, Richard was age 4, so apparently the year was 1876.

Father was Richard D. Haden, b. Alabama

He was buried Cedar Bayou on June 29th.

Family records online say that Richard was crippled by polio when he was five and didn't marry until late in life to Ola, surname unknown. His name is also given as Richard "Douglas" - which seems more likely than Richard Chambers seen elsewhere.
